Discussion of new by-laws that have not already been approved please note there are several sections of importance one is an increase in dues, change in membership levels, and rules pertaining to the badges … very important issues.

Treasures report.

Sergeants at Arms report on non-active members responses to his telephone calls and a Chico Police action to a CCW holder.

A short plea for Capt. Bob help and the need to increase membership so we can assume responsibility for Capt. Bob.

A vote on agreed to proposed by-law changes.
