Subject: Sheriff's Auxiliary Units - Assistance at the Silver Dollar Fair

To All Sheriff’s Auxiliary Units:
 
The Silver Dollar Fair is rapidly approaching and we need help staffing the BCSO booth. The Silver Dollar Fair is a great event and an excellent recruitment opportunity for the Sheriff’s auxiliary units. The Search & Rescue Unit has already signed up to cover some of the shifts and I am planning on covering a shift myself.  Please, put this information out to your members to see if anyone is interested in representing the Sheriff’s Office and your particular auxiliary unit at the Silver Dollar Fair. 
 
The fair opens on May 26th and closes on May 30th. We could use help any day, but we really need help on Sunday May 29th from 11am to 11pm.  Anyone who is interested in helping with the fair can contact Miranda McAfee-Bowersox in Crime Prevention.  Miranda’s email address is mmcafee-bowersox@buttecounty.net and her phone number is phone is 895-6511.  Thank you for your assistance.
